My review is for customer service, timely responses, friendliness and assistance only. We called over the weekend after reading the reviews on yelp hoping we had found our attorney. They called us back promptly at 9:19AM Monday morning. Shazi called and asked a little about what we were in need of; weI told her that we needed an "After order modification" . She said that they currently do not handle "modifications" but she would double check with her partner to see if they would be able to take it on. At 1:40PM she called me back YES THE SAME DAY CALL BACK she said that unfortunately she was unable to take on the modification but that she would look into seeing if she could recommend a peer lawyer for us. We am awaiting her call back and have no doubt it will be later on today. Too bad we couldn't use her as she is very prompt and friendly.
