Divorce Attorney and Mediator, Los Angeles

Divorce and Family Law Attorney/Mediator, Los Angeles

Scheherazade (Shazi) Rastegar is an attorney and mediator in Los Angeles specializing in divorce and family law.  Shazi is known for her skill in helping families transition smoothly through the divorce process.  Instead of viewing divorce as an end to the family unit, she believes that divorce is a life transition that requires the skilled assistance and expertise of an attentive divorce attorney and mediator.  Shazi helps families move through this often stressful, emotional, and difficult time by mediating creative and innovative solutions to complicated legal issues. Her focus in both litigated divorce cases and mediated divorced cases is determining what is in the best interest of the children. In an effort to lessen parental conflict, and thereby lessen potential adjustment problems in children, Shazi strives to ensure that her clients resolve any disagreements amicably and with a focus on the future.
